Q1: What is your service?

Answer: Due to this Covid pandemic, we provide food delivery to your doorsteps with safety and hygiene. At the moment, we only cover area from Pulai Mutiara to Taman Teratai. We also provide catering for all the events to start with a minimum of 10 pax. Besides that, we provide sweets, mixers, and other raw materials all over West Malaysia and Singapore. All menu items are 100% HALAL.

Q2How to order online at www.shakthispice.com?

Answer: It is really easy, as easy as 1, 2, 3...

 Add to cart: select items you'd like to add to the cart.
2. 
Checkout: Once confirm with your items then click the "Check out" button. Re-confirm or add a new address located at the checkout page so that we know your address to deliver your order. Enter your remark if any and your delivery date&time. And then choose billing address and payment method.
3. 
Place Order Now: Once the "Place Order Now" button is clicked, you will be direct to the online payment gateway to make a successful transaction. The invoice will be emailed to you.

Always make sure that you enter the correct phone number upon sign up to help us contact you regarding your order if needed. Now sit back, relax, and we'll get your food delivered to your doorstep.

Q3How do I know the status of my order?

Answer: After you place your order, it is sent immediately to the vendors, which start preparing it without any delay. The vendors do everything to process your order as quickly as possible. However, sometimes we receive a large number of orders, or riders get stuck in heavy traffic which might cause little delays. If the amount of time you've waited has exceeded the estimated delivery time, you may please contact us. You will receive an email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Q4:  How long will it take to deliver food?

Answer: Approximately, it'll take
 less than 45 minutes to deliver the food.  

Q5I need to cancel or change my order! How can I do this?

Answer: Please contact us as soon as possible, we can let the vendors know before it starts preparing your order. Once the order goes in the process, it can not be changed, and no refund. With regard to any cancellation for delivery, please immediately contact us

Q7:Can I order from any location?

Answer: You may order from any location but We only will deliver to limited listed areas as mentioned in the previous faq 
number 6.

Q8:Can I edit my order?

Answer: Your order can be edited before it reaches the vendor. You could contact the customer support team via a call to do so. Once an order is placed and the vendor starts preparing your food, you may not edit its contents.

Q9:Can I order in advance?

Answer: Yes, you may make an order in advance too for all the menu for delivery. You may choose the date and time of delivery on the checkout page. Obviously, for catering and pre-orders compulsory to make orders in advance according to the item's preparation time.

Q10:What are the payment methods?

Answer: We only accept online payment at the moment due to the Covid pandemic. Our online payment was integrated with SSL secured eghl 
online payment gateway.
For catering & pre-orders, we collect 10% upon every booking and the balance must be settled before delivery. Touch&Go, Boost,Mcash and Grabpay are available too!

Q11Do I have to create an account to place an order?

Answer: Creating an account is mandatory, but you can add to the cart without having to create an account. We make sure that ordering food online at Shakthi Spice delivery is quick and fuss-free.

Q12: How can I create an account at www.shakthispice.com?

Answer: Click on '
Create account' at the top of the page. Then fill out your information in the 'Create account' section and click the 'Create' button. Your delivery address and the details will then be saved in your account.

Q13I don't remember my password?

Answer: You have already created an account but you can't remember your password? Click on 'Login' at the top of the page. Then click on 'Forgot Password?'. Fill out your email address and a password recovery will be emailed to reset your password.

Q14: I want an invoice for my order?

Answer: Invoice Copy is sent to your email.

Q15Did not receive order confirmation notification?

Q16What is your business operating hours?

Answer: Our current online business and delivery service operating hours from 9 am to 9.30 pm and Will be updated according to the latest government announcement.
Catering & Pre-orders are open anytime for taking orders

Q17:Do you serve vegetarian meals?

Answer: Yes, we do serve vegetarian meals on our menu for delivery and also in catering&pre-orders upon booking. You may choose vege option on the add cart page.

Q18:Do you provide cutleries?

Answer: Yes, we provide free disposable cutlery upon request only. For catering orders, we usually provide free disposable cutleries and steel cutleries will be chargeable at RM0.50 per pair.  

Q19Is your food delivery Halal certified?

Answer: We are not Halal certified but we are 100% pork & lard free. All our menu items are 
101% HALAL !!
